I've been noticing something changing in the way people decorate their homes.

For years, interiors were all about perfect minimalism, neutral palettes, and carefully coordinated spaces. Beautiful—but often predictable.

Today, it feels like people are moving in a different direction.

Homes are becoming more personal.

More collected.

More expressive.

Instead of matching everything, people are mixing materials, textures, and colors that tell a story.

Linen next to walnut.

Vintage wood beside stainless steel.

Travertine with brushed metal.

Handmade ceramics sitting alongside contemporary furniture.

The same thing is happening with color.

Terracotta.

Olive green.

Dusty blue.

Deep burgundy.

Soft butter yellow.

Colors that bring warmth, personality, and emotion back into a space.

I believe we're moving away from homes that simply look beautiful, and toward homes that make us feel something.

That's exactly how I approach my paintings.

I don't paint to fill an empty wall.

I paint to become part of a space.

To create warmth.

To bring character.

To make a room feel more personal.

Because to me, art isn't decoration.

It's part of the atmosphere.

Art doesn't have to match the sofa. It should complete the story of the home.
